Empowered: We believe each of our teammates should be empowered to change peoples lives financially, which means having the right tools, right solutions, and the right platform.
Proficient: We believe our teammates need to be proficient in their craft. Training is at the core of this. We believe in mentoring it forward and cross pollination amongst our leaders!
Independent: We believe that Independence is essential in building a business that works for you, so you don't always have to work for it. You own your book from day one and can leave at anytime with your clients... but we won't give you any reasons to leave!
Competent: We believe that success can only come to your clients if you (their advisor) are competent in your craft. You get paid in direct proportion to the value you bring to the table... why not maximize that?
Professionals: And lastly, we only work with true professionals. Professionals are the kind of people that others respect. Terry Coapstick, RFC® is a Registered Financial Consultant and started his career in the financial services field in 1989. He has been a resident of Merritt Island, FL since 1973 and has been married to his wife, Christine, for over 40 years. They have two grown married children and 4 grandchildren. Kyle Whaley - Founding Partner
Kyle Whaley is a Registered Representative and SmartVestor Pro for Dave Ramsey. He started his career in the financial services field in 1999. He is married to Vicki (22 years) and live in Highlands Ranch Colorado. They have two children; a daughter Karissa who is a Sophomore in College, and son Cameron who is a Junior in High School. Kyle has been a competitive soccer coach for the kids and more recently spends his "spare time" as an Artist/Photographer for Focal Point Fine Art Gallery, which he also owns. Mike Gilliss, RFC® is a Registered Financial Consultant and started his financial services career in 1992. He has been married to his wife Lori for almost 30 years. They have 3 grown children (Michael & Daughter in Law Heather, Matthew, and Madison). He is also the Proud Pop Pop to his grandson Michael III. Mike was a youth baseball and football coach when his children were growing up. He is now an avid golfer and loves to spend time camping with his family.
